Canadian actress Neve Campbell had her first starring role at the age of 25 in the stage version of The Phantom of the Opera in Toronto. Campbell rose to wider fame after being cast as the lead character in the award winning teen drama series Party of Five. She subsequently appeared in the enormously successful Scream horror film trilogy directed by Wes Craven for which she received a number of MTV Movie awards for her role as innocent victim Sidney Prescott. Crossing many genres, her film credits also include the romantic comedy Three to Tango alongside Matthew Perry, the erotic thriller Wild Things in which she starred opposite Denise Richards and Matt Dillon, Blues Brothers 2000, The Company directed by Robert Altman, Churchill: The Hollywood Years and The Craft.
More recently Campbell has starred in a variety of critically acclaimed films such as James Toback’s When Will I Be Loved, Lost Junction, Closing the Ring, Relative Strangers, Last Call directed by Henry Bromell,and the critically acclaimed Panic in which she starred alongside William H Macy and Donald Sutherland. Campbell also co-wrote and produced Panic.
In March 2006 Campbell made her West End theatre debut, in a version of Arthur Miller’s Resurrection Blues.
